Gratitude

It’s easy to complain about your life until you have someone else’s life to compare to.
Do you live with an attitude of gratitude?
What are you actually grateful for?
These questions could actually change your life.

Benefits of Gratitude

Expressing gratitude will give you positive emotions and it makes you happier and healthier. Hence we should find a reason to be thankful and grateful every single day. When we express our gratitude and share it with others, suddenly we feel less alone.

You can practice gratitude by following these simple steps:

1.Write it down

Keep a daily journal of three things you are thankful for. This works well first thing in the morning, or just before you go to bed.

2. Share the gratitude

Make it a practice to tell your dear ones, friends, colleagues, something you appreciate about them every day.

3. Feel it

Live in the moment and cherish every moment like being grateful for a cup of coffee, for the air we breathe, for being healthy, for the food, for being alive.

Gratitude helps to improve self confidence

Slowly, over time with daily practice of gratitude, you will begin to shift your focus from the problems of your life to the true values of your life which are none other than the blessings you had received all our life.

Gratitude increases positive approach towards life

This world gives us plenty of reasons to despair but when we cultivate an attitude of gratitude, things don't just look better - they actually get better. Thankfulness feels good, it's good for our mind and it's a blessing for the people around us, too.
